About Dr. Prince (That’s Me)
I’m here to make healthcare systems knowledge easier to understand.
My journey in healthcare started over 15 years ago, driven by a passion for simplifying complex health systems’ knowledge. I began my Medicare career inside CMS, where I saw how overwhelming Medicare Advantage Encounter Data & Risk Adjustment could be for healthcare providers and professionals in operations, strategy and systems- I realized there was a need for clarity, guidance, and support, especially for professionals in small and medium health plans and/or provider groups, which led me to create The HEALS Academy.
Today, my mission is to empower Medicare Advantage professionals with the knowledge, resources, and community support they need to succeed. Through The HEALS Group and the Risk Adjustment Made Easy Programs, which the RAS Community is part of, I’m committed to making Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment simpler, more accessible, and more effective for all.
